‘Ina Morata’ is part of ‘Ina Morata Creative’. I value and respect your privacy and your personal data, and am GDPR-compliant. Obtaining your consent to use your personal data for specific functions is of the utmost importance to me.
When you sign up to receive emails from me, the data you supply is held by MailChimp in order that I am able to send your emails and you receive newsletters, offers, freebies and other goodies which is listed on the sign-up form. This requires a double opt-in on a GDPR-compliant form, meaning that you have to actively choose that you wish to receive emails and then confirm via a dedicated email that you definitely wish to receive emails from me. This confirms your consent and ensures you didn’t sign up by mistake. The data you supply is only ever used by me to send you Ina Morata emails, and will never be given away or sold, or used for any other purpose. It will also never be revealed except if required by law.
If you sign up to receive a free book or extract from Instafreebie, you are NOT automatically signed up to my email list. You may opt in if you choose, but it is not compulsory in order to receive the freebie, and your consent to sign up is always required, in precisely the same way as signing up to the email list in usual circumstances.
You can choose to unsubscribe from the email list at any time, using the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of any email I send out to you. I will manually delete your contact details from the email list (please allow up to 72 hours for this) and they will no longer be available to me or form any part of the mailing list. You may choose to resubscribe at any time. It’s YOUR choice. I only want to send you emails if you wish to receive them!
When you follow my blog, I do not hold any personal data about you, and your name and the email address you sign up with are not used by me for any other purpose whatsoever.
When you purchase any of my books, I do not receive any personal data about you.
I do NOT use social media profile information for tracking or targeting customers, ever.
